Only 2 parking spaces, no street or grass parking. Please do not use the grill. If bringing pets, be aware of openings in the backyard fence. There is a shared wall with my neighbors so please be courteous of the noise level.

Tyler's place was so convenient for our visit with our son at FSU for Parents Weekend! Definitely better than staying in a hotel, especially with three of us (including a teenaged daughter). Two bathrooms was a godsend when we all needed to get ready.
The place is just as described and shown in the photos. Would definitely stay here again!
